Digital verification workshop for librarians

Library staff are a great ally against disinformation; their role in society is key. This is why Learn to Check offers special training sessions for library staff in which we examine and combat disinformation. We provide tools and processes for verifying information, audiovisual content, and social networks. We also provide library staff with resources, bibliographies, and other materials so that they can improve their customer service regarding this issue and offer training activities from their libraries. These training sessions can be held on-site or online, and there are 3-hour, 4-hour, and 6-hour versions. Learn to Check has given courses of this type for SEDIC (Spanish Society of Scientific Documentation and Information) and for the staff of the libraries of Barcelona and Girona.
